Alloy steel blades stay sharp and are highly resistant to corrosion. The stainless-steel, hardened and tempered, alloy of the blades offers a long lasting sharp edge. Cover the blades with the blade protector when not in use. Clean regulary with a soft cloth and specialized metal care oil. Blades may be sharpened by a professional if ti is needed. Quality assurance
