Safety Eye and Nose Installation Pliers

Make fitting safety eyes and noses quicker and easier with these spring-loaded installation pliers.

Designed to press locking washers onto the stems of plastic safety eyes and noses, the tool provides more controlled and even pressure than fitting washers by hand. It is particularly useful when making amigurumi, teddy bears, dolls and other handmade soft toys.

The spring-loaded handles reopen automatically after each squeeze, making repeated installation easier and helping reduce pressure on the fingers.

Insert the safety eye or nose through the project, place the locking washer over the exposed stem, position the pieces within the tool and squeeze firmly until the washer is secured.

Please note: Compatibility depends on the size and design of the safety eye, nose and washer. Locking washers are generally intended for permanent installation. This tool is designed to fit washers, not remove them.
