100% Polyester Fleece with 100% Polyethylene hot/cold reflective scrim. Lofty fleece with heat reflecting film for use in quilts, oven mitts, and window treatments.
How to use:
- Use the silver (metallic) side of the batting towards the heat source. For instance, on a pot holder you would put the silver (metallic) side against the wrong side of the fabric you are using to line the palm of the pot holder or mitt (so that the metallic side is facing out towards the heat source when you use the pot holder). You can also add a layer of cotton batting behind Thermal Fleece to make for a more comfortable and thicker pot holder or mitt.
- Thermal Fleece is also a great batting to use as a lining in lunch bags and totes to keep food cool or as a curtain lining.
